At East West Furniture, we understand how important it is for you to receive your furniture in a timely and secure manner. That's why we offer two shipping options: Small Parcel (ground method) and LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping.

Small Parcel Shipping:

We offer Small Parcel Shipping for products weighing less than 150 lbs and with dimensions smaller than 108 inches in length and girth combined.
We provide free Small Parcel Shipping for all small orders within the contiguous United States.
Small Parcel Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days to ship out from our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

LTL Shipping:

We provide LTL Shipping for products weighing over 150 lbs and with dimensions larger than 108 inches in length and girth combined.
We offer free LTL Shipping.

We can guarantee 24 to 48 hours for order processing, and LTL shipments typically take 1–2 weeks in transit to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping usually takes between 1–14 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse, depending on your location.

Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the local terminal.

Please note that LTL Shipping does not include inside delivery, unpacking, or furniture assembly. If you require any of these services, please contact us to request a white glove delivery service.

Shipping Restrictions:

We regret that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam , or Puerto Rico.
We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
